Fade In/Out not always applied correctly

Affected Versions: Up till version 0.49.1
In certain circumstances the Fade In and/or Out isn't applied for the complete duration of the fade, sometimes resulting in an audible glitch.
Resolution: Fixed in next stable release 0.49.2
